1. Acceptance of Terms
   By visiting our website, making an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Scope of Services
   We provide premium website design, development, and related web-based services. All services are subject to a detailed proposal or quotation specific to each client.

3. No Negotiation Policy
   All pricing, quotations, and financial terms provided by us are fixed and final. No negotiations or bargaining are allowed under any circumstance. This applies to all clients equally.

4. Domain & Hosting Charges
   Charges for domain registration, hosting, email services, and third-party tools are always separate from design and development fees.
   These must be paid directly by the client or reimbursed to us when we manage them on the client’s behalf.

5. Renewals and Due Dates
   Hosting, domain, and email renewal payments must be made at least 5 days prior to the renewal date.
   Late renewals may result in additional fees.
   Failure to pay may cause immediate suspension or permanent loss of services or data.

6. Late Payment Penalties
   If any payment for service or renewal remains overdue for more than 15 days:
   – A penalty fee may apply.
   – We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend websites, hosting, and email access until all payments are cleared.
   – Re-activation fees may be charged.

7. Service Continuity Rights
   We reserve full authority to suspend, disable, or terminate any services in case of overdue payments, misuse, policy violations, or any breach of agreement.

8. Maintenance & Monthly Support Plans
   Ongoing maintenance, updates, security support, backup management, content edits, and additional service requests are not included in standard design fees.
   Maintenance plans usually begin at $500 per month and vary based on service scope.

9. Changes and Additional Work
   Any changes requested by the client after project delivery, including adding pages, features, subdomains, or enhancements, will incur separate additional charges as per applicable pricing.

10. Backups and File Storage
    We do not provide ongoing backups unless a separate backup plan is purchased.
    Backup and file storage maintenance are subject to additional monthly costs.

11. Transfer of Hosting and Project Assets
    If a client wishes to move hosting or website files from our environment to another provider, all transfer assistance and processing work will incur separate fees.
    Processing and migration fees start from $600, depending on work required.

12. Exit and Discontinuation Policy
    If a client discontinues our services while their hosting, emails, files, or digital assets are still linked to our systems, all transfer, data retrieval, management, and disconnection services will be charged separately before release of any asset.

13. Client Responsibilities
    Clients must provide timely approvals, content, credentials, and required materials. Delays from the client side may result in project timeline extensions and additional fees.

14. Intellectual Property Rights
    All design and development work remains our intellectual property until the client has made full and final payment. Only after full payment is completed, ownership rights may be transferred where agreed.

15. Content and Legal Compliance
    The client must ensure that all website content they provide complies with applicable laws and does not violate copyright, trademark, or other rights.
    We are not responsible for legal issues arising from the client’s content.

16. Confidentiality
    We maintain full confidentiality of all client data and access credentials provided to us during the course of service.

17. Non-Refundable Policy
    All advance payments, deposits, and service fees paid are strictly non-refundable once work has started.

18. Pricing and Policy Revisions
    We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions anytime without prior personal notice. Updates on our website will reflect immediately and will apply to all ongoing and future clients.

19. Right to Refuse Service
    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service with any client displaying unprofessional behavior, unethical practices, abuse, threats, or repeated payment issues.

20. Client Agreement Confirmation
    Requesting a quotation, submitting an inquiry, signing a project, or making any payment signifies full acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions. These apply to every client without exception.

All clients must comply with these policies to ensure smooth service delivery and long-term cooperation.
